Your details, handled with care.

What we collect

• Quotation requests: your name, email, phone and WhatsApp numbers, the details of your event and venue, your ideas and any photos you upload.
• Accounts (optional): your name, email, phone, a securely hashed password, and whether you agreed to receive offers.
• Reviews: the name, occasion, rating and message you choose to share. They are published only after our team reads them.
• Digital invitations: the guest names and contact details a host enters, the photos, messages and voice notes they add for guests, and guests’ replies and song suggestions. Each guest’s link shows only their own personal note. All of it is permanently deleted 30 days after the event.
• Event photo sharing: photos guests upload through an event’s QR code, and the name they choose to add. Photos are resized on the guest’s phone, which removes hidden location data. Only the event’s host (and our team, when it supports them) can see them, and they are permanently deleted when the host’s plan ends.
• Technical data: a cookie that keeps you signed in, a cookie that links requests sent from your browser, and a temporary record of connection addresses used only to prevent abuse. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers.

How we use it

To prepare your quotation, contact you about your event, plan and deliver it, and keep the records a business needs. If you agreed to receive offers, we may also send you new packages and seasonal offers; you can stop them at any time in your account or by asking us.

Who can see it

Only the Fleurs et Formes team. Emails are delivered through our email provider. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.

Your choices

• You can request a quotation without creating an account.
• In your account you can correct your details, change your offers preference and delete your account. Quotation requests you sent stay with the studio as business records.
• To see, correct or remove anything else we hold about you, contact us.
